Bay Delta
Conservation Plan
From: Roxanne Bate de Koning,
Opinion
The ever-spiraling revelations
regarding the quality of work and the duplicity of oversight on the new eastern
span of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge bring sharply into focus new

products.

Authority, the state Department of Fish and Wildlife raised concerns that an
initial study for a wetland habitat project at the north end of the Salton Sea
leaves several questions unanswered.
