“Today, in U.S. District Court, Judge Oliver Wanger indicated he will approve a settlement agreement in the case filed by the Coalition for a Sustainable Delta and other water users against the California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) related to the management of striped bass, an invasive species that is known to feed upon endangered salmon and delta smelt in the Delta.
