Coalition response...Remember your response when you first heard someone say, "I'm from the government and I'm here to help you."? The judge put that statement to rest with a legal decision that said trust is not enough when determining water policy...it takes science. The challenge before the court was not whether X2 was scientifically based but rather the movement of X2. The judge responded to the issue before him in the courtroom and did not go beyond it to rule on the validity of X2.
