Delta proposal not what it seems

Coalition response...One of the reasons that the tunnels are being proposed may be the fact that scientists, researchers, biologists and others have determined that the tunnels provide the best opportunity to achieve the co-equal goals of water supply reliability and Delta ecosystem restoration. Individuals can always raise questions about the BDCP but at some point the opinions of those from the scientific field who have studied the issues for years need to be accepted.
