Coalition response... The success of the Delta Stewardship Council in developing a final plan to achieve the co-equal goals of a reliable water supply and restoring the Delta ecosystem is essential to securing California’s water future. The Alternative Delta Plan provides a thoughtful look at questions that water users believe need to be addressed when formulating a comprehensive plan for the Delta. Following the same path of water supply restrictions and enhanced flows that have achieved no measurable benefits in the last 20 years is not the answer. The Alternative Delta Plan must be part of the solution.
